Thanks for the comment on my lightning shot! I re-did that image to get rid of some of the grain, and put up a "version 2". I really love lightning and would love to get some more shots, but unfortunately it's one of those more unpredictable subjects. Anyway, thanks for the comment and great work on your own lightning shots!

Yeah it was a great view. If you looked down the cows looked like hamsters :). I remember they were worried I was too close to the edge :). I do have more swiss photos in another account. If you're interested here are the links.

ooo, I looove sheet lightning. =D How long is the typical sheet lightning visible for? The lightning I take pics of is very short lived indeed, lasting for about .5 to 1 sec. Oh, and thanks fer the comment.
